I have been shooting photography on and off professionally since my first daughter was born over eight years ago. I love capturing a good image. It makes me happy. Photography helps me to see and express the beauty in things.

My love for photography started when I was a photographer for on the yearbook staff in high school. I went on to work as a portrait photographer at JCPenney's Portrait Studios when I was 19, and I studied photography at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

But none of that was even close to what I'm doing now.

See... when I had kids, that changed EVERYTHING. The way I looked at life. The way I photographed. What I wanted to do with my photography. I fell in love with wanting to capture all of those expressions, all of those moments that children have and grow out of all too quickly. And I fell in love with the world of birth, and found my way into capturing those moments as well. All of it is beyond amazing.

I now have three kids and a husband who just opened up his chiropractic practice. Life is busy, but good.
